The four things every Sort creator agrees to

I agree to the Sort Creator Program Terms, including that fees are flat per-inquiry marketing fees, paid monthly in arrears, and that either side can end participation at any time. Disclosure: I will clearly disclose my paid relationship with Sort in every post (e.g., #ad), as the FTC requires. Fair housing: my content will never state or imply a preference for or against any group of people (race, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, etc.) or steer anyone toward or away from a community on that basis. Independent contractor: I'm not a Sort employee, and joining doesn't make me a real estate agent for Sort. Unless I hold an active real estate license, I won't negotiate lease terms, show units, or hold myself out as a licensed agent or locator — under this program my role is content and links only, and any licensed work I do happens outside it, under my own broker.
