How do I create an account?

Download Sort Residential from the App Store, open the app, and sign up with your phone number. You'll receive a verification code via text message to get started.

How do I join my building's community?

During setup, search for your property or enter your address. Once verified, you'll be connected to your building's community with access to chats, events, and neighbors.

How do introductions work?

Sort automatically matches you with neighbors in your building. You'll receive an introduction notification, and both residents can start chatting right away.

How do I create or join events?

Go to the Events tab to browse upcoming events in your community. Tap the + button to create your own event — invite neighbors, pick a place, and set the details.

How do I report an issue or inappropriate content?

Long-press on any message in chat to report it. For other issues, use the in-app feedback form or email us at support@sortresidential.com.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile, tap Settings, and select "Delete Account." Your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
